Glad this was recognized as a ridiculous overreach, but vacating this hasn’t materially changed anything: hospitals are still getting criminal subpoenas for youth health records, federal employees still can’t get gender affirming care. The administration milked this as a reason to do so many things and few of them are corrected by this judge’s decision, not to mention they are expected to appeal (and we all know what SCOTUS will say if it makes it there.)
