Their recs are exactly what you’d expect: we need ways to report violence outside of the police, shelters and public housing are transphobic despite policies, etc. Federal funding rules (see prior article about how that’s getting worse) of course make all of this more-or-less pointless though: the city can’t even advertise gender affirming care resources due to CDC funding restrictions.
