❗🏥 For the second time (see here), the US AG has went to Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk’s Northern Texas district and issued a criminal grand jury subpoena against NYU Langone. It specifically calls for non-anonymized - need to fact check this health records of all trans youth treated since 2020, as well as a broad range of provider and administrative employee’s information, opening them up to criminal charges. NY Shield law will be tested.
